At Sapphire we have the greatest respect for time, we hate wasting it, anybodies, particularly our own, so to make sure that we don’t, our first step is to take just 10 minutes on the phone with anyone who wants to know more about what we do.
If as a result of that 10 minutes we both feel it is worth investing some more time, we would ask you to provide some basic information (5mins to complete) and then schedule a 30 minute phone call to discuss things in more detail.
If as a result of that 30 minutes we both feel it is worth investing some more time, we would schedule a face to face meeting for no more than 90 minutes. It is at this meeting that a decision is made, either to work together or not.
Our experience is that these steps make the best use of everyones’ time whilst allowing business owners to have control over their introduction to coaching.
